Just installed Win8 and Express 2012 a day ago. After restarting computer this morning, XAML Designer view got crashed with an error message 'System.IO.FileNotFoundException', even after reinstalling Visual Studio Express 2012 for Windows 8.
This problem can also be reproduced with 'XAML WebView control sample' from
http://code.msdn.microsoft.com/windowsapps/XAML-WebView-control-sample-58ad63f7
The sample can be built and run, even though the Blend is not working.
