[MSDA app]: Installation Windows App certification Kit (ARm version) is failing

Hi,

I want to test my app with the Windows App Certification Kit. I have downloaded the ARM version of Kit from below location.

The installation of this on WinRT OS is failing with error code 1603!

Does anyone have idea about this?
