I tried many times to get the license key. But I am getting the error as given below:
We couldn't get your developer license for Windows 8
Error 0x803D0000: The input data was not in the expected format or did not have the expected value.
I have logged in as a domain user.
Please give me the solution to solve this issue.
I have reinstalled as many times I can and created account in live.com but no use, the same issue exists even now.
Anyone please help me out. Thanks in advance
