Error after installing Visual Studio 2013

i have installed Visual Studio 2013 and retargeted to Windows 8.1 and now i am getting  below ,

Error 1 File 'Windows.props' not found. See http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?prd=12395&pver=1.0&plcid=0x409&ar=MSDN&sar=PlatformMultiTargeting&o1=&o2=Windows for more information.

Does any one faced this issue..
