VS2013 Update 3 RC XAML Designer report "RemotingException" when open a Windows 8.0 Store(WinRT) App XAML UI.
It's OK when open a Windows 8.1 Store App XAML UI. (And VS2013 Update 2 RTM's OK totally for 8.0 and 8.1 apps.)
I'm running Windows 8.1 Update 1 Professional English with all the latest updates till 12th July.
