When I open a Windows Store application, I'm asked to "Renew your developer license for Windows 8.1" I agree to it and then sign into my Windows Live Account. I get a dialog box that says"We couldn't get your developer license for Windows 8.1" Error 0x8007000D: The data is invalid.
