I don't know if this is the right place to ask this but here goes
I Have been trying to install the toolkit without success, after the agreement and the typical install when I click on the install it seems to be ok but then I get this
Windows 8.1, 64bit, Visual Studio 2013 Update 4
All windows updates Installed except optional updates
Update for Windows 8.1 for x64-based Systems (KB3000850)
Download size: 723.9 MB
Update for Windows 8.1 for x64-based Systems (KB3013816)
Download size: 4.8 MB
No other Issues
